Proper care before your treatment is necessary to achieve the best results. Please review the following instructions and refer to them as necessary:
- Do not wear eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow, on the day of your appointment.
- If you wear contact lenses, remove them before the procedure to avoid any discomfort or potential irritation.
- Avoid using waterproof mascara for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it can leave a residue that is difficult to remove and may interfere with the lifting solution.
- Do not apply facial moisturisers or oils around the eye area on the day of your appointment.
- Ensure your lashes are clean and free of any oils, creams, or serums.
- Inform your technician about any eye allergies, sensitivities, or conditions you may have.
- Undergo a patch test 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.
Please read, complete and sign the forms in your pack – general consent, medical, care advice, terms & conditions, and the sensitivity patch test. These forms will be sent to you via email when you book your appointment and are to be filled out electronically at least 24 hours before your appointment date. You can also find these forms on our booking system, Timely, if you lose the email. If you experience any problems or you are unsure on something, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Possible contraindications (such as a medical condition, long-term medication or prescribed medication) will require the doctor’s consent form signed and returned on the day of your appointment. Failure to provide the doctor’s consent will prevent the treatment from being carried-out on the day. This will result in postponing the treatment and you will have to cover the losses charged at 75% of the full procedure price.
