Post Mastectomy Clients:
Most clients don’t have sensation in the area to be treated because their breasts are often numb following reconstruction. However, if you do experience pain you can take a simple painkiller (such as paracetamol) or follow the recommendations below for non-mastectomy clients.
Non-Mastectomy Clients:
Typically clients who:
- Have had a breast lift.
- Want additional colour.
- Are transgender.
- Want to camouflage scars.
You may experience some discomfort during the tattooing process. You can apply Elma numbing cream to the area, which is available from your local pharmacy but it may need to be pre-ordered. Apply a thick layer twice the size of the treatment area and cover it with clingfilm for a minimum of 30-45 minutes before your appointment.
Please read, complete and sign the forms in your pack – general consent, medical, care advice, terms & conditions, and the sensitivity patch test. These forms will be sent to you via email when you book your appointment and are to be filled out electronically at least 24 hours before your appointment date. You can also find these forms on our booking system, Timely, if you lose the email. If you experience any problems or you are unsure on something, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Possible contraindications (such as a medical condition, long-term medication or prescribed medication) will require the doctor’s consent form signed and returned on the day of your appointment. Failure to provide the doctor’s consent will prevent the treatment from being carried-out on the day. This will result in postponing the treatment and you will have to cover the losses charged at 75% of the full procedure price.
