Faye started her journey into the world of permanent cosmetics, studying with the top prestigious training academy ‘Natural Enhancement’ in London. Faye gained a professional industry qualification recognised by insurers and licensing bodies both in the UK and internationally. The training Faye has undertaken is accredited by both HABIA, the government approved standards setting body that forms the framework for NVQ level 4 Micro-pigmentation and the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists.
Faye holds a special treatment license and is fully insured with public liability insurance to practice specialist permanent cosmetic treatments.
Faye runs her own busy clinic in Yeovil and other clinics in the southwest. Two years into the Permanent Cosmetic industry, Faye was approached by Natural Enhancement’s Academy in London to teach and train their students. (Faye is also a qualified Teacher and Assessor/Verifier and previously taught in FE colleges for many years before entering the Permanent Cosmetic Field.) After two years of teaching in London faye was approached by a colleague in the industry to embark on an opportunity to become a partner in building a training Academy in the South of England.
After a lot of hard work, Faye alongside her partners Craig and Claire Willis, opened their doors to their first course of students at their new ‘Permanent Cosmetic Academy’ based in Yeovil and Poole. They are also the UK distributors of the high end products and equipment of the NU. range by Belinda hayle.
As well as teaching and training others, Faye believes strongly in keeping current and up to date with the latest technologies, methods and treatments in the permanent cosmetic industry. Faye attends regular seminars and courses to ensure her clients and students receive the latest style, information and techniques available.

Her own personal and professional learning journey, has given her the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, enabling her to develop a greater empathy with people. Faye actively listens to her client’s frustrations and expectations and works with them in order to meet their needs and discuss the best possible achievable result for them.
“It is important that each and every one of my clients feels comfortable with me and is able to relax and enjoy the treatments I offer. I pride myself on being professional but personable to help put you at ease and feel safe in the knowledge that my clients wellbeing is first and foremost. Quality and Safety is paramount and only the correct treatment will be given after a full consultation. I follow strict health and safety guidelines and work to a clinical standard with regards to carrying out permanent makeup and skin needing treatments, as well as my other non-clinical treatments”.
I know what a difference permanent makeup can bring to some ones life and how important it is to get the right look for you. I had lovely eyebrows, but unfortunately I lost my brows during pregnancy (many years ago) with the change in hormones they became non-existent! I had my eyebrows enhanced which brought back my confidence. It also saved me so much time in the mornings shaping and reconstructing my brows with conventional makeup! I was so impressed with my new brows and how I felt that I wanted others to feel the benefits. So here I am and I haven’t looked back since, I love my work and passionate about the world of permanent cosmetics. I will continue to upgrade my skills and attend advanced courses so I can offer the best possible treatments to my clients and new skill sets to my students.
