The following training course takes place at our Yeovil clinic only.

The address is: Henford Clinic, 72 Henford, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 1UY

Permanent makeup training doesn’t end when your course finishes.

Many artists leave feeling unsure about certain techniques, lacking confidence with clients or struggling to achieve the healed results they expected. Others simply want to refine their skills, deepen their understanding and become more consistent in their work.

This is where ongoing support makes all the difference.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, and working in the permanent makeup industry since 2012, I offer 1:1 mentoring and shadow days designed to support artists at every stage of their journey.

These sessions bridge the gap between training and real-world confidence.

These mentoring and shadow days are ideal if you are:

  • Newly qualified and want extra guidance before working confidently on clients
  • Struggling to achieve consistent or healed results
  • Unsure about selecting pigments, needles, or treatment approaches
  • Wanting to refine your technique and elevate your standard of work
  • Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting industry advice
  • Looking for support after completing an online removal course before starting case studies
  • Wanting to observe a full treatment process from consultation through to completion
  • Returning to PMU after time away (such as maternity leave or a break from the industry)

If you’ve trained but still don’t feel fully confident, this support is designed for you.

Each session is completely tailored to your individual needs, ensuring you get targeted, practical support that directly benefits your work.

During your day, you will gain honest feedback, real clinic insight and hands-on learning opportunities, which may include:

  • Observing live PMU treatments from consultation through to procedure
  • Refining technique and troubleshooting specific issues
  • Understanding pigment selection and advanced colour theory
  • Guidance on needle configurations and machine settings
  • Treatment planning and client consultation support
  • Removal technique guidance (where applicable)
  • Reviewing previous work and healed results

These sessions are designed to be interactive, open and focused on your development.

These sessions are especially powerful if you are struggling with:

  • Brows healing too ashy, grey or uneven
  • Poor pigment retention
  • Patchy or inconsistent healed lips
  • Overworking the skin or causing trauma
  • Confusion around pigments, tones and needle choices

Together, we identify what’s going wrong and how to correct it so you can move forward with confidence.

After your mentoring or shadow day, you will leave with:

  • Greater confidence in your technique
  • A clearer understanding of healed results
  • Improved decision-making in clinic
  • Practical skills you can apply immediately
  • A stronger foundation for long-term growth in PMU
